My Short e-Introduction

Hi! Here's my earnest Introduction!

My name is John Ren. I'm just getting the hang of using G+ and I find that it's absorbing and fun. It's rewarding to put together my own "Collection," replete with photographs, my own videos, selfies and comments, or labels, and then see the final product. I messaged you all because I hope to find some "followers," as Google+ calls it, and hope to maybe even find some really good e-friends. I have to say, I hope my prior messages, having made different ones for different “people,” weren't too intrusive for you; if you go to the page containing your profile's photo, or the colorful graphic some have there, in the lower left hand color you can click on the profile photo-circle and send a message to anyone and it seems to come through into their email [unfortunately, of course]. Anyways, I sure enjoyed constructing all those introductory writings - each made [a little bit] just-so!

About me, writing is a big hobby. I'm a student so I have been writing at great length mostly for classes for over three years now – working on a degree in Modern Communications. I work like a turtle, but I almost always love looking at that final product! About school, I'm mostly self-educated, but have attended schools all over the country, to go with the lot of travelling I have also done – and this experience has made mine into a facile mind.

The last trip I did was to Colorado this past Xmas to celebrate with family. I remember internally repeating to myself the phrase, Sweet Colorado, because of the happiness of all the stuff we all did; I especially enjoyed the little abundances of the life force from breathing the crisp, cool Colorado mountain air! Wonderful. And being there brought back a lot of winter and summer memories, as well, from way back, about all kinds of outdoor recreation, like skiing, camping, color photography, and backpacking. I recalled images of grasses, wildflowers, lodgepole pines, mountain ridges, camp-robber birds eating my lunch, and the best snow in the country!

During my travels I have been to Spain several times, but also South America. I have a darn good vocabulary in Spanish by now, but I have trouble with the, like, dozen of verb tenses that exist – for example, “pluperfect imperfect” – dammit! What they didn't teach in Spanish class, too, was that there exist like dozens of dialects, which make for difficulty just about anywhere despite all that studying. Wouldn't you know it – jokes of the universe! Very funny, Universe, very funny! And as far as travels, there is another brother in my family that has also been all over. One of the coolest trips he made was to Vietnam to plant trees for the locals, for an organization called, Peace Trees Vietnam. My brothers and I have similar interests.

Onward, though, I want to comment that, if you wish, please check out my first out of two of my own websites. Number one represents for me just a beginning in the area of Multimedia, but I spent a long time working on it, and making modifications, and intend to keep into it for a really good measure of time – I'm definitely devoted to the ambitions described in it. The URL is www.RensBigPortal.net.

Until soon, I hope, hasta luego!

John Ren
